My first memory of Vacation Bible School is one filled with fond memories: Bible lessons, choruses, crafts and snacks. My mom was so delighted to place my finished craft, the napkin holder with the Scripture verse from Proverbs 3:5 (a wood holder with macaroni noodles spelling out the Scripture) glued to it! The purpose of the family event is to please The Lord with teaching from the Bible! Evangelism, edification and exhortation are the key elements of the family vacation Bible school hosted by Community Baptist Church.
This year the church, will have an unusual schedule for the Family Vacation Bible: Wednesday and Thursday evening starting at 6:30! It all happens on June 19 and 20 at 7832 W. Mt. Hope Hwy. Grand Ledge, MI 48837.
Also this year the church, will have adult Bible classes simultaneous with the children’s classes and programs. There will be a puppet show, gospel songs, crafts, snacks and much more.
